This quantity surveying report undertaken by Donald Cant Watts Corke determines the cost of three fire sprinkler system options applied to a range of representative six storey Class 2 and Class 3 buildings with basement carparks in conjunction with building element offsets in order to inform a regulatory impact assessment. This report is provided only for the purpose of consideration of and background to the RIS and must not be used for any other purpose.
