This report compares the individual and societal risk to life for a building satisfying the FPAA 101D and FPAA 101H Automatic Fire Sprinkler Specifications for Class 2 and Class 3 buildings (including the associated offsets) with buildings complying with the NCC 2016 Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions.

This report is provided only for the purpose of consideration of and background to the Consultation Regulation Impact Statement and must not be used for any other purpose.
