The ABCB provides responses to enquiries concerning the clarification of NCC clauses for current customers only. Responses are provided by telephone within 3 to 5 business days. No written responses will be provided. We recommend that you seek project-specific advice from a qualified building certifier, local building authority or Building & Plumbing Administration in your State or Territory.
