The ABCB maintains a number of commercial licensing arrangements with third party publishers, who have developed a varied range of products utilising the National Construction Code (NCC).

LexisNexis - Building Regulation Australia (BRA)

Volume 1 of the BRA contains the full text of the BCA with State and Territory variations reproduced directly beneath the relevant BCA clause. In addition to the commentary on the BCA provisions, the authors have included appropriate explanatory comments on the NSW variations and many of the QLD variations. The helpful and logical commentary, written in plain English, includes flow-charts and illustrations. Volumes 2 and 3 of the BRA contain State and Territory Acts and Regulations vital to those concerned with designing, constructing or certifying buildings. The authors are highly experienced in the formulation, drafting and interpretation of building regulations.
