What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is an identity and access management security method that requires 2 forms of identification to access resources and data.

If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you will be prompted to enter a one-time security code during the log in process. The security code will be sent to the email address used for your account. This code is required to complete the log in process.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

For some website users, two-factor authentication is mandatory. If you would like to optionally enable two-factor authentication, you can select the option by editing your account profile and check two-factor authentication.
